Customer in Falls Church

Customer experienced Category 1, Class 2 water damage. The structure inspection revealed the source to be a leak from underneath the bathroom sink.  The affected areas were the bathroom and the hallway.   The sub-floor was saturated with water and the affected vinyl flooring in the bathroom was removed and the hallway carpet was lifted for drying.  To dry the areas, 1 Dehumidifier and 4 air movers were placed in the affected areas. After 4 days of drying, the structure had returned to an acceptable dry level and the pre-determined drying goals had been met. The carpet was salvageable however, the pad was not.  After a final cleaning of the floor and  carpet the customer was satisfied and the job was complete.
